2017 has been an exceptional year for our real estate firm.

In March, we purchased our new corporate office location at 145 W

Independence Blvd in Mount Airy. In May, the firm celebrated its 1000th (one

thousandth) real estate closing. Now, we are announcing a new change in our

firm name to Yadkin Valley Real Estate, Inc.

We owe all of our progress and success to the great folks of Surry and

Stokes County as well as the Greater Yadkin Valley and Virginia regions.

We will never forget our 15 year affiliation with the Realty World franchise,

the friendships made, and the referral network that we are sure will continue

on as fellow REALTORS. We will also miss the annual conventions, in which just

this past year, our firm was awarded 2nd in the whole region for commercial

and land sales.

Moving forward, we would like to invite you to join with us as we

continue working with Buyers and Sellers servicing their various real estate

an in-house lender, and we're licensed in North Carolina and Virginia. We are

members of the National, State and local REALTOR associations and abide to

REALTORs of the Year.
