Cutting Tools
1
Design:
HSS, DIN 335-C. 90° countersink angle. Radial taper-ground,
bright surface, with straight clamping slots and drilling spaces ground
from full pieces. Also provided with cutting and clearance angles for the
most common materials.
The hexagonal shank (1/4" bit shank according to DIN 2126) causes
a 100 % power transfer, thus in every bushing the countersink is
extremely slip-free.
Application:
Suitable for universal chatter and burr-free drilling,
countersinking, milling and deburring work. The countersink bit can also
be used as a hand deburrer together with the corresponding activation
tools such as grips, toggles or ratchets with a 1/4" hexagon mount.
Note:
Sufficient supply of coolant is essential.
