Design:
Shaft mounted single- or one-stone
abrasive diamond block, solid-shaped crystal
with few occlusions or irregular cracking, no
crevices.
Application:
For profiling e.g. abrasives
for all ceramic-bonded grinding wheels.
The abrasive is always clamped so that the
angle to the middle of the grinding wheel
is between 5° and 15°. Dressing work with
diamonds is better wet and with plenty of
ventilation as they are sensitive to shock
and temperature. As the diamond becomes
progressively blunt it should be twisted 90°.
Note:
The choice of the right diamond size
depends on the ∅ of the grinding wheel, e.g.
the wheel width. Worn diamond abrasives
should be regularly replaced.

binding, so that they can be used right to the
end without changing.
Application:
The diamond multi-point
dressing tool is a practical dressing tool for
coarse grinding with wheels of all diameters
up to 100 grit.
Note:
To prolong the life of this sharpener,
continuous cooling should be used during the
dressing process.

Design:
Single-sintered, high-concentrate
(2.5 carat) diamond grain. Diamond cylinder
set in the shaft (so no loss of diamonds),
universal type.
Application:
Because of the multiple working
points on an efficient diamond tool sharpener,
it is only for straight grinding wheel surfaces
(flat and peripheral edge). These abrasives
have no gradient, so the whole of the
diamond grit is employed. This type is not
resettable, it is durable and can be used until
worn. Not suitable for detail work. For use
with disc wheel 36-120.
Note:
Adequate cooling before and during
the dressing process maximises its life span.
