Cutting Tools
2
Design:
Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type NH, DIN 6527, 40/42°,
fire-coated,
with centre cut.
Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools.
Dry machining possible.
With inner cooling: Increase in tool life of up to 50%, since
chip blockage is reduced.
Application:
Can be used for peripheral milling as well as for
universal machining.
For milling depths up to 2 x D.
Can also be
used for trimming and finishing milling. Can be used for rough
grinding, slot cutting and finishing milling. The irregular spiral lead
40°/42° results in particularly smooth running and thus very good
surface on the workpiece. A much longer tool life is achieved than
with conventional tools.

Solid Carbide Vari-Helix 4 Flute End Mill with Through Coolant
Fire
Design:
Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type N, DIN 6527, 35°/38°, with
centre cut.
Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools.
Dry machining possible. Air cooling recommended.
Application:
Can be used for peripheral milling as well as for universal
machining.
For milling depths up to 2 x D.
Can also be used for
trimming and finishing milling. Can be used for rough grinding, slot
cutting and finishing milling. The irregular spiral lead 35°/38° results
in particularly smooth running and thus very good surface on the
workpiece. A much longer tool life is achieved than with conventional
tools, as well as maximum stability during machining. In addition,
feeds higher by up to 60% can be realized.
