Brazed Carbide Tipped Lathe Tools
Design:
DIN 4971-DIN 4981 or according to factory standards
DIN 263/282 and 283. All steel shanks with approx. 750 N/mm
2
strength and flat-milled contact surface.
All lathe tools have a sharp-ground carbide cutting plate soldered on.
Tolerance overall length: max. ± 5 %.
Material/cutting plates:
Carbide-type ISO-range P25/P30.
Application:
For general turning work.
P25/P30
is suitable for steel, cast steel, long-chipping iron materials
and malleable iron.
All lathe tools are also available in the carbide types P10, P20,
P40, M10/20, K10/20 on request.
