Clamping
Systems

Design: DIN 2080, Form A,
made of alloy case-hardened steel,
with a core tensile strength of approx. 950 N/mm
2
and a hardness depth
of min. 0.5 mm. Taper according to DIN 254. Short design, chuck and
shank in one piece. Clamping (using a hex spanner) considerably increases
clamping force in comparison to conventional chucks. At the same time,
this secures the chuck against becoming loose during anti-clockwise
rotation or being quickly decelerated from higher speeds.
Taper angle: Tolerance AT3.
Taper surface roughness: Ra < 0.001 mm.
Bore tolerance: H5.
Balancing quality: G6.3 7000 min
-1
.
Concentricity: 0.02 mm.
Hardened 58 ±2 HRC.

Weldon system surface clamping chuck
simple finishing milling work. Can be used in machining centres, turning,
drilling and milling machines.
Scope of delivery:
Short drill chuck with hex spanner.
Note:
Higher speeds possible with special balancing.
Application:
To nest tools with cylindrical shank and lateral driving plane in
accordance with DIN 1835-B and DIN 6353 HB.
Scope of delivery:
CNC precision chuck with integrated clamping screw,
from ∅ 25 mm with two clamping screws.
Design: DIN 2080, Form A.
Short design, guide elements of rigid design,
hardened and ground wear parts ensure high concentricity and long life.
100 % concentricity test with different plug gauge diameters at various
measuring points, based on DIN ISO 10888. Compact design and high
rigidity result in best machining results. High clamping forces are reached
by the integrated worm gear at low effort,
Holding torque > 75 Nm at
13 mm diameter.
Machining is safe thanks to automatic blocking of the
worm gear even when running anti-clockwise and quickly decelerated
spindle.
Taper angle: Tolerance AT3.
Taper surface roughness: Ra < 0.001 mm.
Balancing quality: G2.5 20000 min
-1
Concentricity: < 0.03 mm.
Application:
For drilling, countersinking, reaming, thread cutting and for
