aligning cast and forged workpieces.

Attachment with rotatable ball
Design:
Made of tempered ductile cast iron and steel, annealed in
burnished finish. With 12 mm ∅ centre hole. The correcting wedge
can easily be adjusted using normal manual force under 1/3 load of
load capacity (F max.). The finely machined wedge surfaces allow
smooth, sensitive adjustment, more precise than 1/10 mm, optionally
by knurled thumb screw or hexagon screw driver. Precise vertical
movements without lateral displacement are ensured thanks to the
double wedge action.
Application:
For clamping delicate cast iron or forgings on large
machine tools. There is also the possibility to place the correcting
wedge onto "heavy screw jacks" . This requires parallel pins
DIN 6325 (12 x 30 mm).
