2.1 Unique ID (UID)
Because vehicle registrations are not always unique to a specific
asset, e.g. a cherished plate can be moved from one vehicle to
another. Therefore, it is very important that you provide a UID for each
asset within your data submission. Our recommendation would be that
this is the VIN.
