Allows you to grind straight or recurved blades
quickly and accurately with your Wilton,
Bader, KMG-1 or Burr King belt grinder. Some
adjustments may be necessary. Replace
your work rest with the angle bracket. The
fixture is adjustable to any thickness blade
stock and can grind blades of any length.
Flat grind using your platen or hollow grind
with a 6”, 8”, 10”, 12" or 14” contact wheel.
The body of the fixture is made of two parts.
The movable part adjusts to accommodate
grinding the blade. The blade is moved in the
fixed part by hand. Designed for use with 2”
wide belts. The optional elevator attachment
(sold separately) raises or lowers the grinding
center line for greater versatility. All sales
final. No returns.

Ball Bearing double-end mandrel features
two high-quality precision grade die-cast ball
bearing pillow blocks. Will run wheels up to
1" thick. Use with flap wheels, wire brushes,
buffing and grinding wheels having a 1/2"
arbor hole. Our keyless chuck can be mounted
on the right hand end to allow use of various
accessories such as sanding drums, mounted
points, etc. Pulley diameter 2", shaft diameter
is 5/8" threaded 1/2"- 20 Right and left hand,
12" overall.

grinder. The assembly has spring tension for easy
removal of belts and a tracking adjustment for
proper belt alignment. Idler wheel is 3" wide x 3
1/2" diameter and crowned for positive tracking.
Wheel comes with bearings and has 5/8" shaft.
