Sewed in even rows (section these wheels
for a wider surface if desired). Concentric
sewed wheels give an even greater flex and
softness than the spiral sewed wheels. May
be supplied with arbors adapters.
A sewed muslin wheel is the best “General
Purpose” wheel you can buy. These wheels
can be used with just about any compound
successfully. Available in 25 ply Spiral sewed
or 65 or 80 ply Concentric sewed.
The loose muslin section buff has one row
of sewing around the hole. These wheels
are ultra soft and flexible allowing reach into
uneven surfaces. The primary use is buffing
or coloring with a rouge to bring the part to a
brilliant shining color.
Use with abrasives or rouges when polishing
and finishing. Hardened center for long wear.
All have 1" arbor holes and are supplied with
a 3pc. adjustable bushing so that you can use
it for 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" or 1" arbors.

Made from full-disc 3/8" spiral sewed muslin
sections glued together with a canvas disc
cemented on each side to prevent edge
breakdown. A hard wheel that produces
aggressive cutting action when greaseless
compound is applied. Wide face gives greater
surface contact and a smooth metal removal.
To get you started, we have put together, these
wheels and compounds you will need for most
jobs. Available in three wheel diameters.
Each kit includes: one each greaseless brush-
on cutting compound in grits 240 and 400,
one cut and color bar LA312, one LA555 white
rouge for final finish, four 6", 8", or 10" x 3/4"
sewed muslin wheels drilled with 3/4" arbor
holes and supplied with adapters for 1/2" and
5/8" holes. 10" kits are also available with
7/8" arbor holes with no reducers.
