Profiled 1/8" Micarta handles for the KV605 folder. Holes are drilled and countersunk for proper fit. Handles
are a bit larger than the liners for final fitting. The surface is left flat for final shaping.
The 605 8A Stainless Steel Drop Point blade is properly heat treated and sub-zero quenched in the initial heat
treating process to achieve the proper hardness and strength. (57-58 HRC). Folder kit includes blade, belt
clip, standard thumb opener and handle screws. Overall 7 7/8" open, 4 1/2" closed, blade is 3 1/4" long, 7/8"
wide, and .114" thick. Replacement screws, Torx wrench #T6 and #T8 and upgraded thumb openers sold
separately.

A modern locking liner folder with classic lines.
Very easy to assemble or alter for your own
custom features. The Stainless Steel bolsters
are attached with two T6 torx screws which
conceal the pivot pin and a T8 torx pivot screw.
The locking liner comes with a 1/16" 440C ball
installed for a smooth positive action. The 8A
Stainless Steel Drop Point blade is properly heat
treated and sub-zero quenched in the initial heat
treating process to achieve the proper hardness
and strength. (57-58 HRC) The Mini Folder has
a 600 grit bright satin finish. Overall length 5
3/4" opened, 3 3/8" closed, blade is 2 3/8" long,
11/16" wide, and 3/32" thick. The 605 Mini
Serrated folder has all the features of the Mini
Folder with the addition of a serrated blade for
those special situations that require that extra
bite. Kits include handle screws. Handle material
not included. Optional jeweled thumb opener
and precut handles available.
