review your vehicle’s condition and identify any excess wear and
tear. Upon completion, you will receive a copy of the condition re-
port, which itemizes all wear and tear on your vehicle. Any excess
wear-and-tear charges will be billed to your account and mailed
to you within 30 days of your lease turn in, unless you choose to
repair the items prior to turn in.
