Loan Transfers
DAS provides the ability to transfer loans between buying and selling customers. Your financial
institution configures this functionality in WMS for you and other eligible customers. For
information about your system configuration, contact your financial institution.
Loan Transfers - Prerequisites
Before you can manage transfer requests in DAS, the following prerequisites must be met:
You must have sufficient user role permissions to perform specific tasks associated with
managing transfer requests.

You must have a physical address set up for your account in WMS by your financial
institution
•
A Loan selected for transfer must include a model number.
•
The buying customer must have a customer collateral type that matches the customer
collateral type of the loan belonging to the selling customer.
•
The selling customer must have customer collateral types that are configured to allow the
buying customer to search for them.
