Initiating a Transfer Request- Selling Customer
Depending on your system configuration, you can initiate and
approve
loan transfer requests
generated by buying customers by selecting loans from your inventory that match the buyer's request.
1. On the primary menu, click
Loans
.
2. On the dashboard, click
Initiate Transfer Requests.
3. On the Initiate Transfer Request page, click the
Transfer Number link i
n the Open Transfer
Request grid for the request you want to initiate.
