Expansion, contract wins
and machinery launches
There is a rich vein of expansions, new contract wins and successful
launches of plants and machinery in this issue of Wire & Cable ASIA.
Whether it is our lead story on SAMP winning two projects in China
(page 8), Pohang Steelworks celebrating the start of operations at its
wire rod mill in Korea (page 12), or any number of companies offering
and launching new machinery and products (page 35), the good news
flows from front to back.
And this is, of course, before the wire and cable industry migrates
en-masse for one week to Düsseldorf in Germany for wire 2014. Our
