Project Status and Elite Brigade:
Projects are moving forward. The bar will be brought to the island Saturday morning and the granite top
will come over the following week. Drywall will be installed behind the bar and in the hall. The beams
above the bar will be stained the same as the bar. New high quality wood bar stools (14) have been
ordered.
The new steel door, providing access from the Fin to the cooler, will arrive this week. The wood for the
walkway has been ordered, and plans to install it are in place.
The First Mates air conditioning project and the bar will be completed by the end of April.

R/C Ian Blackburn discussed the need to get the message to the By-Law Committee to resolve
discrepancies caused by the elimination of the November Membership Meeting.
