LOCAL TAKE

As the newest public transit service, with WIFI

and extra storage, I’m the favorite—I get to run

around Greater Portland’s northern coast with

express weekday and Saturday service, back and

forth between Portland, Yarmouth, Freeport…even

Brunswick. I make limited stops just steps from

downtown attractions, restaurants, and hotels. I like

connecting with my METRO siblings intown to bring

folks throughout the region. My passengers can

easily walk to Thompson’s Point events when I stop

at the transportation center. Plus, it’s so fun when

I greet people who are excited to be here, from

Boston and beyond! I like showing people around

the city, especially when I go to the airport and

near the Casco Bay Lines Lines ferry so they can

visit the islands.
