Universal Bender Model No. 2
Hossfeld Hand-operated metal forming ma-
chine bends radii with sharp angles in bar and
angle stock, and also bends pipe and tubing in
smooth curves without distortion. Versatile,
fast, easy setup for production, prototype
development, custom fabrication and general
maintenance. Tool-free operating die and pin assembly. Finger adjustment
of mounting pins.

Cold Bending Specifications (double capacities for hot bending):
Sharp square flat bends: 1/2" x 4-1/2".
Heavy flat bars (1/2" R & up): 1/2" x 4-1/2".
Eye bolts 5/8". Round corner "U" bolts 1-1/4". Sharp square "U" bolts 5/8".
Square "U" bolts (1/2" R) 1-1/4".
Scrolls 3/16" x 3/4". Edgebend flats 3/8" x 1-3/4".
Round or square eyes on flats 3/8" x 4-1/2".
Angle iron flange out & in 2" x 2" x 3/16".
Standard pipe, all sizes 1/4" to 2". Tubing, 16 ga. or heavier (2" R) 3/4" O.D.
Includes general purpose dies for bending solid bar stock up to 1-1/4"
round, square, or hex; 1/2" x 4-1/4" flats & standard pipe up to 2".
