precision fixed attenuators expands
the coverage of our product line
up to 50GHz, supporting millimeter
wave applications including 5G
test systems, Ka-band SatCom
and more! The BW-V6-1W54+
provides 6 dB attenuation to within
±0.6dB accuracy, RF input power
handling up to 1W, and 1.2:1
VSWR. Measuring just 0.87”(l)
x0.36” (dia.), the attenuator features
rugged, passivated stainless steel
construction with 2.4mm male to
2.4mm female connectors.

Mini-Circuits’ ZN4PD-02183+ is a
4-way 0˚ ultra-wideband splitter/
combiner supporting a wide range
of applications from 2 to 18GHz.
This model is capable of handling
up to 30W RF input power as a
splitter with 1.0dB insertion loss,
providing excellent signal power
transmission from input to output. It
delivers nearly equal output signals
with 0.3dB amplitude unbalance
and 3.5° phase unbalance,
with 20dB isolation, minimizing
interference between channels. The
ZN4PD-02183+ comes housed in
a rugged, compact aluminum alloy
case measuring 2.5x4.0x0.38” with
SMA-Female connectors.

Mini-Circuits’ rugged, rack mount
HPA-100W-63+ is the perfect
workhorse amplifier for your high
power test applications such as
EMI, reliability testing, and stress
testing. This model provides 100W
output power over the 2500 to
6000MHz frequency range with
50dB gain, ±2.0 gain flatness, and
93dB reverse isolation. It operates
on AC line supply power from 85-
264V, making it easy to use in most
lab environments. Built-in safety
features include over-temperature
protection, fan alarms, and immunity
to open and short loads at saturated
output power. Combined with our
high-power, wideband splitters, the
amplifier can be used to drive up to
80 test channels at once, saving you
test time and cost in high-throughput
test applications like burn-in, where
parallel processing of many DUTs is
a requirement.

Mini-Circuits’ HSWA2-63DR+ is
a MMIC SPDT absorptive switch
with an internal driver designed
for wideband operation from 100
to 6000MHz. This model provides
high linearity with +63dBm IIP3 and
+112dBm IIP2, 0.95dB insertion
loss, 69dB isolation, and fast
switching of just 300ns. Produced
using a unique CMOS process on
silicon, it offers the performance
of GaAs with the advantages of
conventional CMOS devices. The
switch comes housed in a 4x4mm
padMCLPpackage and operates on
a single +2.7V to +5.5V supply with
120µA typical current consumption.
