2013 Retired Executive Vice President, Decorative Surfaces and
Finishing, of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (a manufacturer of
engineered fasteners and components, equipment and
consumable systems, and specialty products); employed by
Illinois Tool Works Inc. from 2005 to 2013. Prior thereto, she
served as President of Plexus Systems LLC from 2004 to 2005.
(One of our directors, Dean A. Foate, is the President and Chief
Executive Officer of Plexus Corporation. Plexus Systems LLC is
not affiliated with Plexus Corporation.) She also served in
various capacities with Electronic Data Systems Corporation
from 2000 to 2004, including serving as President, Global
Manufacturing Industry Group, from 2002 to 2004. Ms. Warner
also served as Executive Vice President for first tier supplier
Textron Automotive from 1994 to 1999. Prior thereto, she held
executive positions in manufacturing, engineering and human
resources over a 20‐year span at General Motors Corporation.
