Proper dies and lubricants
The selection of proper dies and lubricants are two of the most important and essential requirements for wire drawing
applications.
This not only affects the quality, but also helps in
reducing the cost of drawing by increasing die life
and reducing lubricant consumption.
Kay Pee Dies, established in 1968, produces
tungsten carbide dies for wire, bar, tube drawing,
cold heading, extrusion and special applications.
