SATURDAY
22NDAPRIL
Cowell’s Charity Event
From 1.00pm, Field Side
Cowell’s boys focus on this year’s charity,
SuChHope, and will spend 24 hours living,
as far as possible, in the sort of conditions
faced by under-privileged children in
Sub-Saharan Africa. The boys will camp
on school fields, live off small amounts of
money and walk 5km for water.
Kendall Charity Ball
7.30pm, Dining Hall
The evening will begin with champagne
and canapés in The North Wall, followed
by dinner in the Dining Hall with live music
from the Modern Jazz Ensemble and a
silent auction.
At The North Wall
Bryce Speed:
Space Song
12.00 – 4.00pm
Bryce Speed, Assistant Professor of Art
at the University of Alabama, shows his
latest work: seascapes and turbulent
waters in pen and ink offset by geometric
shapes. For him, ‘line and colour represent
the forces of nature, like water, fire and
wind, that can destroy our living spaces.’
Free of charge, no booking required.
