– Stop Payment
The
Stop Payment
service allows you to submit a request to stop
payment on a check or a range of checks you have written. You cannot
use this service to cancel transfers between accounts or electronic bill
payments. A stop payment fee will apply.

Begin by clicking the
Stop Payment
tab and review the important information
regarding Stop Payments.

Select the account from which you would like to stop a payment.

Next, choose whether you are stopping a payment on a single check or
a range of checks.

Enter additional information for the Stop Payment, including the check
number, amount, to whom the check was issued (Payee), and the reason
for the stop payment.

Click
Submit
to proceed.
