automated wire production

Efficient RB-2!

Magnatech International Inc designs

and manufacturers braiding, wire

spiral, bobbin winding, rubber and

nylon wrapping machines used for

the manufacture of industrial and

hydraulic hose.

The RB-2 rotary braider is the most

efficient and productive machine

available for braiding textiles and

high tensile steel wire.

The RB-2’s productivity provides

manufacturing costs of less than half

of maypole systems.

The WSW-IV wire spiral winder

combines high speed with the latest

in computer control.

The WSW-IV’s wire performing

system utilises a unique rolling

technique allowing quick re-decking

and

making

flexible

mandrel

production viable.

In addition to the traditional stand-alone machines, Magnatech International

also provides in-line manufacturing solutions for rigid and flexible mandrel built hose.

Automised system

fromTajima

All around, where surface heating is

used, people are looking for solutions

concerning

low-cost

production

methods. In many sectors, heating

wires are applied manually, partly

glued on. At this point the work of

Tajima is taken up, as it developed

the ‘TSW’ machine, which can apply

in a sewing process heating wires

on textile or other backing materials,

for example glass fibre mats, foils,

etc. The process is completely

automatised.

By means of a special frame-switch-

system single or endless heating

elements can be produced this way.

The heating elements which are

sewn on the TSW machine are mainly

used in the automobile industry as

seat-heating and in the building

industry as wall and floor heating.

Sensors sewn on mats and light

conducting cables are fixed this way.
