Zoffany is the most accomplished 2yo by Dansili and is now his best stallion son. A runaway winner of 2015’s first-crop
sires’ championship, he has confirmed his potential by becoming a Gr.1 sire in 2016.
Zoffany make a winning debut as early as April 18 and he was winning for the fifth time in six starts when he landed
the Phoenix S. over six furlongs in August, in the process becoming Dansili’s only Gr.1-winning two-year-old colt.
Zoffany was more than a 2yo, though, as he showed when he narrowed Frankel’s winning margin in the Gr.1 St James’s
Palace S. to only three-quarters of a length and when he failed by only a head to win the Gr.1 Prix Jean Prat.
