Fees are required to be paid in full at the time of the online application.
• Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or direct deposit.
• All payments must be in Australian Dollars.
• All fees are inclusive of GST.
• An application will be considered pending until the payment has been honoured.
• The application fee is inclusive of the assessment fee.
• The application fee is non-refundable should an applicant fail to achieve certification.

THE CERTIFICATION APPLICATION GUIDELINES
The Certification Application Guidelines provide applicants with information pertaining to the application process and supports the
applicant to prepare and submit their online application to the CMSA for recognition as a Certified Case Manager™.
These Guidelines should be read in conjunction with the information available at
www.cmsa.org.auvia the Navigation Menu:
Certification.
It is an obligatory requirement for each applicant to read in full all of the information within the Guidelines prior to submitting their
online application to the CMSA. The rationale behind this stipulation is that the applicant is fully prepared and has all the information
to hand for the successful completion of their online application.
THE FOUR (4) STAGES OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Each stage of the application process will vary depending on the volume of all Certified Case Manager™ (CCM) applications being
processed by the CMSA National Certification Team at the time. Please refer to the standard processing time as stated below in stages
1 - 4.

A redeemable voucher code must be used by an applicant when the application fee has been pre-paid by their employer for any
