ENROLLMENT

2018

Beginning the week of November 20th, employees will be able to log in to the Employee Navigator enrollment

portal to make benefit elections for the 2018 plan year. You will receive more information about the enrollment

process via email communications which will also include a link to the enrollment site.

You will register online

at

https://www.employeenavigator.com/benefits/Account/Register.

During registration, enter “BKSE”

as the Company Identifier. Continue entering your other personal demographic data to complete registration.

After registration is complete, you will select your own user name and password while creating your account.

Once your account has been created, you will log on at

https://www.employeenavigator.com/

benefits/Account/Login

.

Follow the prompts on the enrollment screens all the way through to the Enrollment Summary. Your enrollment

is not complete until you ‘Agree’ to the benefit elections on the Enrollment Summary.

The Employee Navigator site will be open for the 2018 Enrollment period until

November 30th, with all benefits effective January 1, 2018.
