Individual quantity to qualify: A minimum order of $1,500 of items on the
attached program (Pages 2,3&4) are required to qualify for discounted
program pricing below.

A. Order $2,000 or more half freight allowed.
B. Order $3,000 or more full freight allowed.
Freight allowance to be deducted if invoice is paid with-in terms. Freight
program must be to one destination only and does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.
Pits, Rollout Runways & Football products excluded.

stocking order. Items not on the program will be at regular
dealer price but you will receive 60 day terms and full freight allowed on whole
stocking order
(with exception of Pits, Rollout Runways & Football products)

All merchandise ordered AFTER you place stocking order will be discounted 5%
from regular dealer price when paid within our net 30 terms.
