Sports, Inc. is going to ask attendees to provide feedback on two events at the Vegas show that re-
quire the use of a QR code reader app. A QR code reader app can be downloaded from the App
Store or Google Play Store on any mobile device. The QR code reader app will be used to access
multiple surveys electronically to provide feedback on these events.
When:
Monday, November 20
Road Sales Rep Presentations
Attendees will be asked to fill out a short survey to rate each presentation.
Tuesday, November 21
Vendor Consideration Exhibit (VCE)
NEW:
ALL attendees (excluding non-employee guests) will receive $20 cash for entering the VCE
and filling out a short survey on the attendee’s smartphone.

Step 1:
Open the QR code reader app on your phone.
Step 2:
Hold your device over the QR code as if taking a photo.
Step 3:
If necessary, press the scan button.
If done correctly, this will launch a webpage
with the text, “Welcome to the QR code scanner test”

Check the “Confirm” box and hit “Submit”
