TENT COSTS
Ms. Martini-Ricci stated that the agreed tent cost of $75,000 does not include the usual
ancillary costs, including tables, chairs, glassware, place settings etc. Also she discussed the
Audio situation with our usual vendor, Harmon’s. She expects these costs to exceed last year.
FUTURE SCHEDULE
The Group picture of the Board of Directors is scheduled for January 2, 2017.
The February 6, 2017 Board Meeting is scheduled for 9:00 a.m.
The Annual Meeting of the Foundation is scheduled for March 27, 2017.
