OUR WAY OF WORKING
Our philosophy is based on action and teamwork.
We interact with and work alongside key local
stakeholders, seeking to promote the development
and growth of the communities. Activities are carried
out in conjunction with other social organisations,
public institutions and departmental and/or national
authorities that play a role in society.
We accompany the development process that the
community experiences without leading or imposing
models. We act as a facilitator and coordinator
rather than offering welfarism and we provide timely
support. The actions carried out always focus on the
long-term effect generated and the well-being of our
reference communities.
We focus our action on ongoing dialogue with the
communities through the design and implementation
of projects with an emphasis on the development of
capacities.
