Deposit Account Information
Will I need to replace my current checks?
You may continue to use Pilot Bank checks as you do today.
How will transactions post to my checking and savings
accounts?
Refer to your Terms, Conditions and Fee Booklet for more details.
Will my deposit account numbers remain the same?
Yes. There will be no changes to deposit account numbers.
Will I continue to receive my checking account statement at
approximately the same time each month?
No. All statements for non-business checking accounts will be
produced on the 15th day of the month. Statements for savings
accounts and all business and commercial accounts will be produced
as of the last day of the month. Additionally, all accounts will be
issued an interim statement as of February 4th. This statement will
list all of your transactions from your last statement through February
4th.
Will I continue to receive e-Statements?
Yes. If you currently recieve e-Statements, you will continue to
recieve e-Statements with the new system. However, you will receive
a paper-only statement for the period ending Feburary 4th. When
you sign into the new Online Banking System you will be prompted
to accept the e-Statement disclosure.
