Mini-Circuits’ FT-1.5-232+ is a
coaxial 50/75Ω transformer covering
the 0.5 to 2350MHz frequency
range, supporting impedance
matching in CATV systems as
well as other applications. This
model handles RF input power
up to 1W and provides 1.3dB
insertion loss, and 22dB return loss.
Measuring only 1.25x1.25x0.94”,
the FT-1.5-232+ transformer comes
housed in a rugged, aluminum alloy
case with your choice of SMA/N-
Type or SMA/F-Type connectors.

Output Signals from 1720 to
2520MHz
Mini-Circuits’ RKK-4-252+ frequency
multiplier provides a multiplication
factor of 4 converting input frequencies
from 430 to 630MHz into output
frequencies from 1720 to 2520MHz,
supporting applications including
synthesizers, local oscillators, satellite
up and down converters and more.
Thismodel provides typical conversion
loss of 25dB, RF input power range
from +16 to +19dBm, and excellent
suppression of unwanted harmonics
(F3, 30 dBc; F5, 35 dBc). It comes
housed in a miniature shielded surface
mount package (0.50x0.50x0.18”),
ideal for dense circuit board layouts.

75Ω Band Pass Filter, 5 to 85MHz
Mini-Circuits’ SXBP-45-75+ is a surface
mount 75Ω band pass filter providing
a narrow pass band from 5 to 85MHz,
supporting harmonic rejection and
IF signal processing in telecom and
broadband wireless applications.
It provides 1.4dB insertion loss in
the pass band and 30dB stopband
rejection with sharp roll-off. The filter
handles up to 0.5W RF input power and
comes in a miniature shielded package
(0.44x0.74x0.27”), ideal for crowded
circuit board layouts.

Band Pass Filter, 2100 to
2900MHz
Mini-Circuits’ BFCN-2500+ LTCC
band pass filter has a pass band
from 2100 to 2900MHz, supporting a
variety of S-Band applications such
as harmonic rejection. This model
provides 2.0dB passband insertion
loss, 20dB stop band rejection,
and RF input power handling up to
2.5W. LTCC construction provides
tiny size (0.12x0.06x0.04”), excellent
thermal stability from -55 to +100˚C,
and outstanding reliability for tough
operating conditions.

Mini-Circuits’
Reflectionless Low Pass
Filter, DC to 7300MHz
Mini-Circuits’ XLF-732+ is a
reflectionless low pass filter with a
passband from DC to 7300MHz and
stopband from 14300 to 34000MHz.
The filter provides 1.1dB passband
insertion loss, 1.2:1 passband VSWR,
16dB stopband rejection, and 2.5:1
stopband VSWR. It can handle RF
input power up to 2W in the passband
and 0.5W in the stopband. Fabricated
using IPD process technology on
GaAs, the filter comes housed in a
tiny 3x3mm QFN package.
