Services with SABIC

(Saudi Arabia Basic Industries Corporation), one

of the world’s largest petrochemicals and plastics

manufacturers. Cushman & Wakefield became

the first outsourced service provider for SABIC

after the company acquired GE’s plastics division

in 2007. Since then, SABIC’s global portfolio has

grown to more than 20 million square feet in 200

locations. The SABIC account team includes Sean

O’Donoghue, Allie Payer, Sally Quinn, and Melissa

Mason. Tim Relyea, David Guion, and Randy

Thompson have provided executive oversight and

strategic advisement on major initiatives including

the SABIC Americas headquarters relocation

in Houston and a new technology center in the

Northeast.

“We work with SABIC’s procurement team to drive

measurable savings on a per-deal and cumulative

basis. In the last year, we saved our client $1.5 million

on eight transactions through rent savings, above-

market concessions, and rebates.”
