million tons of material and manage thousands of project
schedules per year. Using over 500 schedule templates,
these specialists create predictive models to develop and
execute comprehensive project schedules. Project
planning and logistics experts work with material
suppliers around the globe, port authorities, freight
forwarders, carriers, customs agents, and other
professionals to ensure on-time delivery of large,
sensitive, and valuable equipment.
Site managers typically have more than 15 years of
experience in the industry and expertise in equipment
installation, construction, startup, and commissioning in
a variety of project environments. These professionals
drive site activities from mobilization through all stages
of project execution to customer acceptance.
