background is sought by this medium sized City firm. Working closely with
the senior partner, the successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of
corporate work including substantial mergers and acquisitions.
COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

This medium sized Inns' firm seeks an 18 month to 2 year qualified solicitor
with experience in a broad range of commercial litigation work to join its
expanding department. First class opportunities exist for the suitable
candidate.
GALWAY

This insurance company requires a solicitor with company/commercial
experience to handle a variety of work including acquisitions, company
formations, share schemes and a range of other matters.
