Table of changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board
over the year
The General Meeting of 31 May 2016:
s
renewed the terms as Supervisory Boardmembers of Julie Guerrand,
Dominique Senequier and Charles-Éric Bauer for a period of three
years expiring at the end of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting
called to approve the financial statements for the year ending
31 December 2018;
s
appointed Sharon MacBeath as a new Supervisory Board member
for a term of three years, replacing Florence Woerth, whose term had
expired. SharonMacBeath is the first foreigner to join the Supervisory
Board;
s
in a letter dated 1 June 2016, Denis Marmonier resigned as an
Employee Representative Member of the Supervisory Board with
effect from 30 June 2016;
s
the Group Committee appointed Frédéric Afriat as a new
employee representative for a term of three years with effect from
8 November 2016.
