Debra Moritz, Executive Managing Director,
was featured as an expert source in a
Crain’s Chicago Business article where she
discussed the trend of businesses moving their
headquarters to Chicago. In the piece titled,
“The Incredible Shrinking Corporate HQ,” Debra
noted that there is a decrease in the number of
employees who physically work at corporations’
headquarters due to the increasing popularity of
working remotely, outsourcing shared services
and overall cost cutting.
Overall demand for office
space has stayed strong
because of smaller and
midsize companies.
