Condoroil’s Condorlube S700 has
been designed for controlling of
electrowelded carbon steel tubes for
refrigeration. Special additives give the
product a good lubricating power and
antioxidising capacities.
The solution is kept clear, and allows
the performance of pneumatic pressure
tests at 50 atmospheres, where it is
possible to evaluate the efficiency of
the treatment on the spiral tube, making
eventual air leaks from the tube visible
to the operator.
Condorlube S700 does not form any
foam on the tank surface, it has an
excellent bactericide power, does not
contain any mineral oils and is totally
hydrosoluble.
Cromcoat Cr 641 is mainly used to
passivate hot galvanised tubes for
refrigeration. The product ensures a
high corrosion resistance. It is based on
trivalent chromium salts, sequestering
and wetting agents, and is free of
hexavalent chromium and fluorides.
The recommended chromium deposit is
between 15 and 20mg/m
2
. It is ready to
use and does not need further dilution.

2013 was a successful year for the
company. Following on from its vendor
approval status for many of the leading
oil and gas contractors,
both Saipem and Technip
North America were added
to its list of registered
vendor approvals.
In October, the company
received recognition, at
a presentation ceremony
in London, for its supply
of the structural tubulars
on the Jasmine Project
in the central North
Sea, where the first
gas production was
announced in November, making it the
largest discovery to come on-stream
in the North Sea since 2007.
