Corporate Governance

Corporate governance describes the process and structure for overseeing the

direction and management of a crown corporation so that it effectively fulfills

its mandate. This involves both its public policy and commercial objectives. It

defines who is responsible for what, and how to ensure accomplishment and

accountability.
