Abdominal Assessment
:
1.
Full set of ALS vitals (BP, pulse, respirations)
2.
Assess the abdominal pain (onset, provocation, quality, region/radiation, severity,
time/onset)
3.
Assess for nausea and vomiting
4.
Assess bowel habits (i.e.: presence of diarrhea)
5.
Check skin for color, temperature and moisture
6.
Abdominal exam
7.
Ascertain past medical history, medications and allergies
