terms,
viz.,
£l for each year's reports.
The
reduced terms will not apply to the reports for
the year immediately preceding date of purchase.

OBITUARY
.Mil. Jonx ALEXANDER, Solicitor, died on the
26th October. 1943, at his residence, Lis-Varna,
Whitehead, Co. Antrim.
Mr. Alexander served his apprenticeship with Mr.
Charles R. Anderson of Coleraiiie, was admitted
in Trinity Sittings, 1895, and practised originally
in Colerainc and afterwards in Belfast until his
retirement in 1936.
MK. ARCHIBALD V. MONTGOMERY, Solicitor, died
on the 17th November, 1943, at Trim, C'o. Meath.
Mr. Montgomery
-was
admitted
in Hilary
Sittings, 1886, and practised as senior member of
the firm of Montgomery and Chaytor at 13
Molesworth Street, Dublin, up to the year 1920,
when he was appointed County Registrar for
Meath, from which position he retired in 1928.
He was for many years Solicitor to Meath County
Council.
MR. VINCENT P. KENNEDY, Solicitor, died on
18th November, 1943, in Dublin.
Mr. Kennedy served his apprenticeship with
the late Mr. Hugh P. Kennedy, Cavan, was ad
mitted in Trinity Sittings, 1900, and practised
first in Cavan, afterwards in Dublin and Monks-
town, up to the year 1942, when he retired.
Mr. Kennedy sat as a Member of Parliament for
West Cavan from 1904 to 1918.
ME. FRANCIS F. CULLINAN, Solicitor, died on
18th November, 1943, in Dublin.
Mr.. Cullinan served his apprenticeship with the
late Mr. John Cullinan, Ennis, was admitted in
Hilary Sittings, 1895, and • practised as senior
partner in the firm of F. F. Cullinan & Co. at
Ennis. Mr. Cullinan was Crown Solicitor for
Countv Clare from 1911 to 1922.
