President of the Society for the coming year.

THE VICE-PRESIDENTS

Mr. W. L. Duggan of Carlow and Mr. J. J. Bolger

of Enniscorthy have been elected Vice-Presidents

of the Society for the coming year.

HALF-YEARLY GENERALMEETING

THE Half-yearly General Meeting of the Society

was held in the Hall of the Society, Solicitors'

Buildings, Four Courts, Dublin, on Tuesday,

z6th November, 1946. The President, Mr. Daniel

O'Connell, took the chair. The following members

By permission of the meeting the notice convening

the meeting was taken as read. The minutes of the

Half-yearly General Meeting held on May

were read, confirmed and signed by the Chairman.

The audited accounts of the Society for the year

ended 3oth April, 1946, were adopted, and with the

consent of the meeting, were signed by the Chairman.

Messrs. Kevans & Son. Auditors and Accountants,

were reappointed Auditors for the year to end

3oth April, 1947.

The Secretary read the report of the Scrutineers

of the Ballot for the Council for the year to end
