Second-year superintendents Buster Barton and Dr. Paul Schrik will lead a
discussion on the first year of a Superintendency. What’s going to take your
time? What’s going to keep you up at night? What should you focus on?
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss aspects of the position of
the most concern to first-year superintendents, including Board relations,
networking, mentoring, personnel matters and work-life balance.
