$5,800 due – all members were texted or e-mailed before the final work party.

Two members missed weekend work hours and were billed. One payment was received.

23 missed open/close hours. E-mails/letters have been sent. Revenue is due November 20, 2016.

Brett Kahl requested to waive his $200 work or pay based on him using his barge to transport the lawn

mowers.

Motion: PC Brian McEvoy Seconded: Kim Miedema Motion Carried

Mike Oliver has requested an extension of the work or pay timeframe and has requested to work his

hours if work is still available. Bill Calihan replied he will need help to shrink wrap items on the island.

Motion to allow extension: Ian Blackburn Seconded: Pat Carroll Motion Carried

Jim Krause requested waiving of the work or pay fee based on illness and his help to get antifreeze at

discounted rate. A motion was made to accept the request.

Motion not passed.

Several letters were returned for discussion.

The web based membership application form has been updated, however the form will need to

be printed out and filled in.

Transportation – Darryl Campbell

All of the Finns are out of the water, with number 3 being hauled last. Fin 2 will need a new water pump

impeller and replace the inadequate plastic light duty sea water strainer with a brass Perko strainer

which was donated by Rick and Jill Romatz.

Fin 3 thruster is inoperative which, unfortunately, it is not the fuse this time. An assessment will be

done upon haul-out to see if it has to be removed for repair. A timed relay will be installed to stop

further abuse.

Number one’s engine will be torn down later this winter for assessment and repair.
