is the head of ROWAN LEGAL’s dispute resolution practice, where he
specializes in investment disputes, international commercial arbitration, sport arbitration and various forms
of alternative dispute resolution. He has considerable experience in arbitration proceedings under the rules of
ICC, ICSID, SCC, the Arbitration Court Attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the
Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, the Arbitration Court of the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and
Industry and, additionally, under ad hoc rules, including the UNCITRAL Rules. Miloš Olík has also sat as
arbitrator in national and international commercial disputes, domain name disputes and consumer disputes.
He has been included on the LCIA’s database of neutrals, the VIAC’s List of Practitioners in International
Arbitration and HKIAC’s List of Arbitrators. He is also the chairman of Council of arbitrators of the Football
Association of the Czech Republic. He is the author and co-author of a number of professional articles and
publications.
