Georgia Mint Julep
Put a dozen sprigs of fresh tender
mint in a tall glass; add
l
teaspoonful of
powdered sugar previously dissolved in a
little water,

jigger of Cognac and
%
jigger of Peach Brandy. Fill up the
glass with shaved ice and stir but do not
crush the mint. Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
is sometimes substituted for the Brandy.
