“ECP Select is a recognition scheme aimed
at improving our connectionwith the top
performing Branches andBranchManagers
at EuroCar Parts.
The top 10 branches (Based on set KPI’s
which are available via your weekly KPI pack)
will join the ECP Select team for the following
12months.
Each of the BranchManagers from these
branches will be invited to attend ameeting
each quarter; themeetings will take place at
several different locations throughout theUK.
The purpose of thesemeetings will to be to
discuss key opportunities and challenges at
ECP and to put together practical plans for
the business tomove things forward.
In recognition of the hardwork that is required
to reach the top 10 each ECP Select Branch
will alsowin a teamnight out for the branch
and the title of ECP Select 2015.”
