Account Management
ABC Company will measure their account management
team twice annually (after first quarter and at the end of
the year) using the scale of 1 to 5. At the end of the year, a
score for the year will be determined based on the average
of the completed surveys. Any survey that is not completed
and returned with 60 days of receipt will be assumed to
meet a score of “Very Good (4).”
Scale: 1 = Poor; 2 = Fair; 3 = Good; 4 = Very Good; 5 =
Excellent
