Celebrate the mid-autumn festival with loved ones and relish hearty dishes
with our Mid-Autumn Festival Special Set Menu, an enchantment of eight
signature dishes comprised of only the finest ingredients.
Start the meal with Chef Kelvin Yap’s Roasted Suckling Pig, followed by
a comforting bowl of Fish Maw and Sea Cucumber in Thick Soup, and a
medley of mouth-watering dishes including Roasted Lobster with Pumpkin
Cream and house favorite Braised Abalone (6 Fresh Whole Heads) with
Club-Made Nori Beancurd.
